Our customer needed a rings off inspection with a high speed balance and test from the OEM. During the inspection the generator rotor needed top turn replacement. We were able to help our customer with knowledgeable oversight and representation while the generator rotor was in the shop.
We followed the rotor back to site and observed startup to ensure the rotor would run well!
Startup looked PERFECT!
A short circuit generator used for electrical testing had a major inspection and the startup looked beautiful!
