Roger Honaker comes with 20 years of Vibration experience, including 16 years solely focused on Rotor Dynamics, Balancing and Analysis. Roger obtained his Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Minor in Mathematics from West Virginia University Institute of Technology. After graduation, Roger spent time in the Road Shock & Vibration group for the US Army as part of the Jacobs Engineering group at the Aberdeen Proving Ground in Maryland. In 2008, Roger moved to Richmond, Virginia and started his career focusing more on Rotor Dynamics with Alstom Power. In 2009, Roger co-founded One Shot Balancing, LLC.
Joseph Redwine has 13 years experience in the power plant industry after graduation from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Engineering with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. Joseph started his career in the Power Industry at Alstom Power in the Turbo Generator group as a Generator Design Engineer. The role involved the planning , design and implementation of major outages, rewinds and repairs and diagnostics. The diagnostics often involved vibration analysis. With an opportunity to shift into the Rotor Dynamics group, Joseph became a lead engineer during the balancing and testing for turbines and generators.
Hitesh Patel brings over 16 years of specialized experience in vibration analysis and dynamic balancing. Throughout his career, he has tested and balanced rotors across the globe, working with a wide variety of machines and OEMs. Known for his sharp analytical skills and intuitive understanding of rotor dynamics, Hitesh has developed a heightened expertise in multi-plane balancing of high-speed rotors. His hands-on approach, combined with global field experience, makes him a key asset in solving complex vibration issues and delivering precision rotor performance.
