One Shot Balancing, LLC<\/strong> is a dynamic engineering company founded by experts with deep-rooted experience in rotor dynamics and precision balancing. Our team\u2014Roger Honaker, Joseph Redwine, and Hitesh Patel\u2014trained and collaborated with the very engineers who authored the ISO standards for vibration and balancing. Together, they bring over 30 years of combined experience to every project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our engineers have successfully tested and balanced more than 1,000 rotors across a wide range of OEMs, from boiler feed pump turbines to 230-ton nuclear rotors. Their specialized expertise in rotor dynamics is backed by extensive fieldwork and hands-on testing at the Richmond, Virginia Test Facility. This practical experience, coupled with advanced data acquisition and multichannel analysis capabilities, enables us to perform precise multi-plane balancing of high-speed flexible rotors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to rotor balancing, our engineers have significant experience in generator rotor design and repair for both air- and hydrogen-cooled machines. Their work includes the re-design and rewinding of rotors and stators, with a focus on improving both mechanical and electrical performance.
